Do you have a storefront?
No. We have a commercial kitchen in Brooklyn.
Can I pick up the cookies?
Yes. When you place your order, just make sure to mention that you’ll be picking them up and we’ll make sure they’re ready for you.
Since you have a kitchen, can I just come by your commercial kitchen to buy cookies?
Sorry, but until we get our storefront, we bake to order, so we don’t have cookies for purchase. If you call ahead to place your order, we’ll make sure the cookies you want are ready when you want them.
How far in advance should I make an order?
Earlier is always better. But we typically say 24-48 hours in advance is best.
Do you ship cookies?
Yes, we ship cookies FedEx 2-day.
Why do you ship 2-day?
Our cookies are meant to be eaten right away since they are baked fresh without any preservatives. We trust FedEx 2-day because it’s slightly less expensive than regular FedEx, but you get fresh and delicious cookies.
Can I do next-day or Saturday FedEx? Like if I order on Thursday or Friday, can I get them next-day?
Of course. FedEx will charge an additional fee, but you can always pay more for next-day or Saturday delivery.
Are you open on the weekends?
Orders can be placed online at any time. We only deliver and ship cookies Monday through Friday for now. For specifics on your timing and delivery options, you can always call the kitchen at 646-486- 3585.
Can I pick up my cookies on Saturday or Sunday?
For now, our pick-up days are Monday through Friday.
Do you ship overseas/internationally?
Sorry, no we don’t. Since our cookies do not contain any preservatives and freshness is so important, we only ship in the United States.
Cookie-Specific
How many different varieties can I get in a dozen box?
Each dozen contains three sleeves of four cookies, so you can pick up to three different flavors in each dozen box.
Do you sell individual cookies?
Right now, we only sell cookies by the dozen (for $24). If you want cookies for a special event, call Dan in the bakery at 646-486-3585 to discuss options.
Do your cookies contain nuts?
Yes, the Jane Street Jam® has almonds and all of our cookies are produced in a facility that also processes tree nuts (peanuts, walnuts, and almonds).
Are your cookies kosher? Gluten-free?
No, our cookies are not kosher and contain gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.
Do you make other pastries to order (Cut out cookies, specialty cakes)?
We only make cookies. For specialty (cut out cookies) or other cookie flavors call the kitchen at 646-486-3585 and talk to Dan.
How long do the cookies last?
Our cookies taste the best right away, so if you’re not going to eat them within 5 days, we recommend you put the entire sleeve in a Ziploc bag and freeze them up to one month.
How big are the cookies?
Each of our cookies is 2-ounces.
